Codesign and Systems Leadership

PURSUIT OF STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS

This is the core of our activities. We prepare together specific sessions of work (from 20 to 150 participants both real or virtual), where during a bullet-proof process with more than 40 years of practice, we help you clarify the problem, select the right participants, co-design the agenda and ensure strong and concrete results (everyone has great ideas but really a few knows how to execute properly. No one but us can help you to manage this with hundreds of people).

Mergers, corporate reorganizations and crises management, call for immediate, joint interventions and strategic decisions that may require extensive approval from everyone, life or death decisions making, structural investments, decisive technological options, policy changes, board decisions, kick-off, etc.

BRAINS ON®

Wikipedia: Crash Program — a rapid and intense course of training or research (usually undertaken in an emergency).

What if you have a complexity to manage but you know the perimeter of the problem, and you prefer to not have a strong collaborative approach within your organization?

Brains on® is a different crash program. We can put together a dream-team of experts from any field, based on the solution we are going to design, and through a specific agenda, codesigning in just a few days side by side with your people, a solution/prototype to be presented directly to the steering committee.

NEW GENERATION CONFERENCES

Powerpoint is dead. This is not just a flippant slogan but expresses the need for new types of involvement and the desire to create greater value by having a sole meeting venue for all the participants.

A lot of money is invested every year in organizing company’s convention, but while you probably don’t really want to reinvent it every year, you want to get something meaningful (and useful!) from it.

We can help you in designing the best agenda, fitting needs and content, enhancing the moment of interactions thanks to decades of experiences in running gatherings all over the world.

FILL THE BOX®

What if your CEO wants to deliver a message and get immediately everyone working on it? What if you have 4 experts and you want to engage them on stage on specific content emerging from the audience?

We developed a format for engaging in the very same room from 50 to 500 participants. The format involves a specific set-up (no worries you can keep the stage!), the tools, the ways of working, how groups will be selected to share in plenary, a role for the executives in the room and the reporting post event (follow-up).

EVOLVED TRAINING ACTIVITIES

The things we remember most, are those which are experienced directly. Most often such experiences are those “shared” with others. If training is an activity which (probably but not entirely) still calls for parallel lines of classrooms, top-level training is particularly effective when engaged with as a group (and not only for dealing with soft skills!).

Alternating interventions and phases of theoretical learning, activities, debate and comparison sessions, we create training experiences, involving each of our senses and every sector of our intellectual capabilities.

EXECUTIVE 1 to 1

We coach executives on our main topics (co-design and system leadership), thanks to our extensive experience in working with the C-suite. We can plan together the how (both face to face or virtually) and the what of our engagement, even if usually relates with 2 areas:

• From managers to facilitators — How to grow the skills and the mindset needed for becoming a more conscious leader in a complex environment;
From organizations to systems — How to design everyday activities to support the step forward.

TALKS

Since we have extensive experiences in managing plenaries, and we are deeply passionate about our topics, we are available for giving highly interactive speeches on #co-design, #system_leadership, #innovation, #complexity_management, #intra-preneurship or subjects on request.

CO.lab

ONGOING DESIGN

Sometimes organizations need a deeper and wider engagement to support complex or long term projects and to facilitate a change in culture forward codesign.

A CO.lab is a combination of a specialized design & facilitation team, a unique approach based on our systemic methodology and design thinking methods, in a dedicated environment deployed on a project site.

In your CO.lab, we deliver short sessions a la carte, about the purposes agreed, such as: evolved project management tool during the whole duration of a program, to increase collective issues resolution of the moment, to pass key stages, and to drive convergence between key people around collective decisions and actions.

This way of working will not just bring a change in the culture, but also a deeper understanding of everyday issues, major support to your project management and ultimately better governance.

Sensible shortness of your project's delivery lead time and a subsequent cost reduction, are added and not side benefits, of this way of working.

"
Thanks to the CO.lab in the last 12 months we experienced no less than 50% rate of acceleration on all the projects, ensuring that our values and the new culture are really embedded in each activity.
